At Ellie Preloved Designer, we take great care to describe each piece accurately, including any signs of wear—our prices reflect this. As these are preloved items, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or fit.
However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from the description or has a major flaw that was not disclosed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find a solution—this may include a return for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we’ll inspect the item upon arrival and process your refund if it meets our criteria. Please note that refunds can take time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us.
